The gentleman at the front desk named Dorian was a real lifesaver giving me tips on avoiding traffic and suggesting good places to eat and I appreciated that despite the place needing some cleaning they did have a workable kitchen setup to make my own meals.

missingWrote a review on 17 Julhelpful staffgreat locationgood parkingminimal housekeepingkitchen supplies
I spent two nights in the Queen Studio Non-Smoking while running errands in the area. The location felt safe and convenient, right near the highways with a grocery store close by. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Wifi worked well, and there was ample free parking. However, the room had its downsides. The kitchen lacked essential cooking supplies. it felt incomplete without a single dish or utensil. The decor looked a bit dated and had a certain motel vibe, which I wasn’t expecting in such a nice area. It would have been great to have daily housekeeping, as I had to ask for fresh towels multiple times, and they didn’t offer cleaning unless you checked out. The overall cleanliness also fell short. I noticed dust in some areas and a worn carpet. It served its purpose for a quick trip, but better amenities and upkeep would make a big difference.

missingWrote a review on 30 Junspacious studiobasic kitchenettecleanliness issues
The queen studio offered a decent amount of space for my short stay. Kitchenette included essential appliances for basic meal prep, although I had to collect cookware from the front desk.
The property had noticeable cleanliness issues, crumbs on the floor, a large stain on the bed skirt, and mouse feces found next to the bed. A major inconvenience was the front desk closure before 9 AM on weekdays, forcing me to rely on a phone to contact the night agent, which could leave late arrivals stranded. Thin walls contributed to noise from neighboring rooms, and the fridge had rust spots and a worn appearance, raising concerns about hygiene. Additionally, a lack of basic kitchen supplies forced me to bring my own or pay extra to rent them from the hotel.

The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the staff provided helpful service throughout my visit. The location is convenient, with easy access to highways and nearby grocery stores. However, encounters with cleaning standards revealed inconsistencies, requiring some personal preparation before settling in. Noise levels were also higher than expected, detracting from a restful environment. While it served its purpose, there’s room for improvement.

I had a smooth experience checking in late at night after a long drive. I appreciated the grab-and-go breakfast options available in the morning. I was traveling for two nights with my niece, and this place served its purpose as a decent spot to rest between our activities.
I wished for daily housekeeping service during our stay. The towels were not automatically changed, and I had to ask for new ones at the front desk.
